These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Skoutrr (skoutrr.com and related services, the "Service"), operated by Jordan Rey Melendez ("Skoutrr", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, posting a listing, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Skoutrr helps people discover local pop-up events — food trucks, yard sales, estate sales, markets, and more — and helps businesses list and promote those events. Event information is user-submitted; we do not guarantee its accuracy, availability, or safety.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
We offer a Pro Vendor subscription at $19/month and single-listing boosts at $8 per 3 days. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for these transactions. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, photos, text). You grant Skoutrr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content within the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post. All Skoutrr software, branding, and design remain the property of Jordan Rey Melendez and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or refuse service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skoutrr and Jordan Rey Melendez are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for events, transactions, or interactions arising from listings on the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
