This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Skoutrr (skoutrr.com), operated by Jordan Rey Melendez. It covers the Pro Vendor subscription ($19/month) and single-listing boosts ($8 per 3 days).
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and the processing of any approved refunds.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or subscription renewal. Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible, except where required by applicable law.
You can cancel your Pro Vendor subscription at any time to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period, but you may request one within the 14-day window above.
Because a boost begins featuring your listing immediately, refunds for boosts that have already started running are provided at our discretion and typically prorated for unused time within the 14-day window.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
